Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health Program

Help in dealing with any number of counseling and/or mental health issues is available to all eligible participants of the Metro-ILA Fringe Benefit Fund.

Many people battle with Drug and/or Alcohol Addiction, Depression, Personality Disorders, ADD and other Learning Impairments, Relationship Problems, etc. No one should have to suffer with any of these issues alone.

Treatment for these and other behavioral and/or mental health issues are covered under your Cigna health plan, but must first be assessed and arranged through the office of the Director of Metro-ILA Member Assistance Program.
